在当今“互联网+”的网络化时代下，人们获取、传递和反馈信息的方式和途径都发生着根本性的变化，为了跟上时代发展的步伐，优化工会工作，工会在职工维权服务上应结合互联网的方式进行改进和创新。文章通过对工会现有情况的观察及资料查阅，对职工维权所遇困难进行分析，发现职工维权意识相对薄弱，工会在职工维权上存在感较低，其维权问题处理效率不高的情况，造成这一情况的是工会没能合理运用互联网的优势对职工维权路径进行改变与创新，为此提出了打造网络维权服务平台，提高工会工作能力与效率，在职工中做好维权宣传工作及给予职工更多关怀方面的建议，将互联网融于职工维权工作中，以提供更好的维权服务，以及优化工会原有的工作方式。
Abstract:
In todays network era of "Internet +",the ways and means for people to obtain, transmit and feedback information are undergoing fundamental changes. In order to keep pace with the development of the times and optimize the work of trade unions, trade unions should combine the Internet approach to improve and innovate in the service of workers rights protection.Through the observation of the existing situation of the trade union and data access, this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered by employees in safeguarding their rights. It is found that the awareness of workers rights protection is relatively weak, the trade union has a low sense of existence in the protection of workers rights, and its efficiency in handling the problems is not high. What causes this is that, the trade union has not been able to reasonably use the advantages of the Internet to change and innovate the path of workers rights protection. The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to build a network service platform for rights protection, improve the working ability and efficiency of the trade union, do a good job in the propaganda of rights protection among employees and give them more care, and integrate the Internet into the worker rights protection work, so as to provide better service to protect their rights,and optimize the way the unions work.
