摘要:
中医上认为肥胖的成因关乎脏腑失调、血气不畅等因素,近年来运用中药减脂茶饮在减肥领域应用广泛。文章对中药茶饮展开综述,从动物实验、临床实验探究中药茶饮的减肥作用。基于此,归纳中药茶饮的作用机理,从抑制脂肪酸合成酶的活性、抑制消化酶活性以及抑制脂肪酶活性三个方面实现降脂减肥的实际功效,为中药茶饮的减肥作用提供科学合理的理论基础。
Abstract:
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of obesity is related to viscera imbalance, blood gas obstruction and other factors. In recent years, fat-reducing tea is widely used in the field of weight loss. This paper reviews the traditional Chinese medicine tea, from animal experiments, clinical experiments to explore the weight loss effect of traditional Chinese medicine tea. Based on this, the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine tea was summarized, and the actual effect of reducing fat and weight was realized from inhibiting the activity of fatty acid synthetase, inhibiting the activity of digestive enzyme and inhibiting the activity of lipase, so as to provide scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for the weight loss effect of traditional Chinese medicine tea.
