采用高效液相色谱法测定40% 苯醚甲环唑?唑醚菌酯悬浮剂中的有效成分含量,外标法定量。采用250 mm ×4.6 mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装C 8填充物,粒径5 m;以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比30∶30∶40)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:240 nm。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯的标准偏差分别为0.138、0.237;变异系数为0.96%、0.97 %;平均回收率为98.6%、98.7%。

An reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography method using an external standard was developed for quantitative determination of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin in 40% suspension concentrate. A 250 mm × 4.6 mm (i.d.) stainless steel column with C 8 filler was used with a particle size of 5 m the mobile phase consisted of methanol acetonitrile water (volume ratio 30:30:40) the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 240 nm. The result showed that the standard deviations of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin were 0.138 and 0.237, the coefficients of variation were 0.96% and 0.97%, respectively, the average recovery were 98.6% and 98.7%.
