通过访谈与问卷调查，研究在国家“放管服”“一事通办”改革背景下广西 15 家住房公积金中心档案电子化管 理的现状，分析广西住房公积金行业档案电子化管理产生“堵点”“痛点”的原因，从健全行业标准、优化人才策略、编制专项 规划、强化风险防控等四方面提出措施建议。
Abstract:
Through interviews and questionnaires, this paper studies the current situation of archives electronic management of 15 housing provident fund management centers in Guangxi under the background of national "release, management and service" and "one thing through one" reform, analyzes the "blocking points" and "pain points" of electronic management of Guangxi housing accumulation fund industry archives and their causes, and puts forward some countermeasures as follows: improve industry standards, optimize talents strategy, do the special planning and strengthen risk prevention and control.
