摘要:
下肢丹毒是临床上一种常见的急性感染性疾病。与西医单纯的抗生素治疗对比，中医外治法在下肢丹毒的临床 治疗中，具有方法多样，操作简便、疗效显著等优势。文章归纳总结近 10 年来中医外治下肢丹毒的相关文献，整理了中医外治 下肢丹毒的主要方法，包括中药外敷、针法、现代外治法及综合疗法，探讨其特点和优势，以期为患者提供更好的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Erysipelas of lower limbs is a common clinical acute infectious disease. Compared with the simple antibiotic treatment of western medicine, the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of diverse methods, simple operation, and significant efficacy in the clinical treatment of erysipelas. The article summarizes the relevant literatures on external treatment of lower limb erysipelas in traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years, sorts out the main methods of TCM external treatment of erysipelas of lower limbs, including external application of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, modern external treatment and comprehensive therapy, and discusses its characteristics and advantages, so as to provide better treatment scheme for patients.
