摘要:
干眼是一种常见的眼科疾病,随着电子科技的发展,干眼患者不断增加,且成低龄化发展趋势。人工泪液,消 炎滴眼液,局部或口服抗生素等治疗只能在短期内得到缓解,因此干眼的治疗还必须注重外治。文章从针灸、睑板腺按摩、中 药熏蒸、中药离子导入、中药雾化疗法和灸法等治疗干眼的传统治法,以及强脉冲光系统、热脉动治疗、泪点栓塞术、巩膜接 触镜和湿房镜等西医外治法进行综合阐述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Dry eye disease is a common ophthalmic disease. With the development of electronic technology, the number of dry eye patients is increasing, and it has become a trend of younger development. Artificial tears, anti-inflammatory eye drops, local or oral antibiotics can only be relieved in a short period of time, so the treatment of dry eye must also pay attention to external treatment. In this paper, the traditional treatment of dry eye, such as acupuncture, meibomian gland massage, traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis, traditional Chinese medicine atomization therapy and moxibustion, as well as western medicine external treatment methods, such as intense pulsed light system, heat pulse therapy, lacrimal point embolization, scleral contact lens and wet chamber lens, are comprehensively described in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
