摘要:
目的：观察长蛇灸联合黄芪注射液穴位注射对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的应用效果。方法：将 83 例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛 患者随机分成观察组 41 例和对照组各 42 例，观察组应用背部长蛇灸联合黄芪注射液穴位注射治疗。对照组仅采取背部长蛇灸 治疗。观察并对比两组患者的疗效、复发率。结果：观察组总有效率为 92.68%，对照组总有效率 80.95%，两组比较，差异无 统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组复发率 12.20%，对照组复发率 30.95%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用长蛇 灸联合黄芪穴位注射治疗虚寒型胃脘痛的远期疗效更好，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the application effect of long-snake moxibustion combined with Astragalus injection on epigastric pain caused by deficient cold of spleen and stomach. Methods: 83 cases of epigastric pain with deficient cold of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into 41 cases in observation group and 42 cases in control group. The observation group was treated with long-snake moxibustion on the back combined with acupoint injection of Astragalus injection. The control group was only treated with snake moxibustion on the back. The curative effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%, and that of the control group was 80.95%, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05) the recurrence rate of the observation group was 12.20%, and that of the control group was 16.13%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: long-snake moxibustion combined with Astragalus acupoint injection has better long-term curative effect on epigastric pain with deficient cold of spleen and stomach, which is worthy of popularization and application.
