摘要:
专利技术成果转化应用能力的高低，不但是衡量高校科研能力的主要标志，也是衡量高校科技竞争力的重要因 素。近年来，高校知识产权创造、运用和管理水平进一步提升，专利申请量、授权量不断提高，但国内高校专利还存在“重数 量轻质量”“重申请轻实施”等诸多问题。基于此，文章在探究和分析广西高校专利与专利转化情况的基础上，提出广西高校专 利成果转化应用存在的问题与对策建议，为全面提高广西本地高校专利质量，加强高价值专利的创造、运用和管理，进一步发 挥高校服务经济社会发展的关键作用提供参考。
Abstract:
The transformation and application ability of patent technology achievements is not only the main symbol to measure the scientific research ability of colleges and universities, but also an important factor to measure the scientific and technological competitiveness of colleges and universities. Based on this, based on the exploration and analysis of the patent and patent transformation in Guangxi universities, the paper puts forward the problems and countermeasures in the application of patent achievements in Guangxi universities, so as to provide reference for comprehensively improving the patent quality of local universities in Guangxi, strengthening the creation, application and management of high-value patents, and further playing the key role of colleges and universities in serving the economic and social development.
