为探究星级酒店的空间分布，以包头市市区的 51 家星级酒店为研究对象，在 ArcGIS 的技术支撑下，运用最邻 近指数法，核密度分析法，缓冲区分析法对包头市的星级酒店空间分布特征进行分析。研究表明：（1）以三八路至佳美路之间， 青山路至工业路之间向外递减的空间格局；（2）星级酒店与商业中心区位、公园景点、交通主干道的关系非常紧密；（3）对于 包头市市区五星级酒店未来选址应在友谊大街与三八路交汇处附近、阿尔丁大街与友谊大街交汇处附近、黄河大街与脑包路交 汇处附近以及富强路与钢铁大街、青山路、建设路交汇处附近。其余四星级酒店、三星级酒店的选址基本均应在五星级酒店选 址外围区域。
Abstract:
In order to explore the spatial distribution ofstar-rated hotels, this paper took 51 star-rated hotels in the urban area of Baotou city as the research object, and analyzed the spatial distribution characteristics of star-rated hotels in Baotou city by using the nearest index method, kernel density analysis method and buffer zone analysis method under the technical support of ArcGIS. The results show that: (1) the spatial pattern of outward decline between Sanba Road and Jiamei Road and between Qingshan Road and Gongye Road (2) star-rated hotels have a very close relationship with the location of commercial centers, scenic spots in parks and traffic main roads (3) for the five-star hotel in Baotou city, the future location should be near the intersection of Youyi Street and Sanba Road, Alding Street and Youyi street, Huanghe Street and Naobaobao Road, and Fuqiang Road and Gangtie Street, Qingshan Road and Jianshe Road. Other four-star hotels and three-star hotels are located in the periphery of five-star hotels.
