摘要:
构建政校企的嵌入式三重螺旋模型,提出了产业和专业要同频共振、协同发展,实现产教的深度融合。通过建 立校企共同育人机制,在装备制造类专业中积极推进“现代学徒制”的人才培养模式的改革,构建基于工作过程的现代高职课 程体系。研究在实施过程中校企合作的利益契合点,建立长效的利益协调和驱动机制,不断强化政府在校企合作中的协同作用, 解决在实施现代学徒制的过程中有可能产生的问题,保障现代学徒制的顺利实施。
Abstract:
This paper constructs the embedded triple helix model of government, school and enterprise, and proposes that the industry and specialty should develop in the same frequency and coordinate to realize the deep integration of industry and education. Through the establishment of the school enterprise joint education mechanism, actively promote the reform of "modern apprenticeship" talent training mode in equipment manufacturing specialty, and construct a modern higher vocational curriculum system based on working process. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, we should study the interest convergence point of school enterprise cooperation in the implementation process, establish a long-term interest coordination and driving mechanism, constantly strengthen the governments synergy in the school enterprise cooperation, solve the problems that may arise in the process of implementing the modern apprenticeship system.
