摆线针轮减速器是一种新型传统机械,其凭借更小的体积、更高的传动效率、更为出色的减速效果,较低的故 障率,在各行各业中都有着十分广泛的应用。虽然摆线针轮减速器的故障率相对较低,但是并非不会发生故障,因而也需要重 视对摆线针轮减速器的维护与保养。文章对摆线针轮减速器维护与保养策略探究进行研究,首先阐述了摆线针轮减速器构造及 工作原理,然后讨论了摆线针轮减速器常见故障和解决方法,最后对摆线针轮减速器维护与保养策略进行分析。
Abstract:
Cycloidal reducer is a new type of traditional machine, which has a very wide range of applications in all walks of life with smaller volume, higher transmission efficiency, better deceleration effect and lower failure rate. Although the failure rate of cycloidal pinwheel reducer is relatively low, it is not impossible to have failure. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the maintenance of cycloidal pinwheel reducer. This paper studies the maintenance and maintenance strategy of cycloidal pinwheel reducer. First, it describes the structure and working principle of cycloidal pinwheel reducer, then discusses the common faults and solutions of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and finally, the maintenance and maintenance strategy of cycloidal pinwheel reducer is analyzed.
