摘要:
在健康中国战略引领下，构建医养结合养老服务体系是应对我国日益严重的人口老龄化的必由之路。我国各地 区医养结合项目正如火如荼地开展，积累了一定的经验，文章分析了目前我国的医养结合项目的开展现状，以及存在政府多头 管理、医保政策尚不完善、对社区居家养老探索较少、社会资本面临“非营利性”难题以及专业养老医护人才短缺等问题，并 针对这些问题，提出一系列对策与建议，以期为更好地推动我国医养结合养老服务体系的发展提供参考。
Abstract:
Under the guidance of healthy China strategy, the only way to deal with the increasingly serious population aging in China is to build the service system of combining medical care with pension. Chinas various regions of medical and nursing projects are in full swing, accumulated some experience. The article analyzes the current situation of Chinas medical and health integration projects, as well as the existence of government multi-head management, medical insurance policy is not perfect, less exploration of community home old-age care, social capital facing the "non-profit" problem and the shortage of professional elderly care personnel, and so on, and to solve these problems, puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions, in order to better promote the development of Chinas medical and pension service system.
