目的：分析 2015－2018 年广西基层医疗卫生资源和服务供给变化趋势，为在“健康中国”背景下推进“健康广 西”建设提供参考和决策依据。方法：对 2015－2018 年广西基层医疗卫生机构数、人员数、以及卫生服务供给等变化趋势进行 描述性统计分析，并与全国同期发展水平进行对比。结果：2015－2018 年广西基层医疗卫生机构床位数、卫生技术人员数、执 业（助理）医师数、注册护士数分别增长了 10.87%、12.39%、11.19%、21.16%；社区卫生服务中心（站）各项卫生资源的增长 幅度均高于乡镇卫生院；每千城市/农村人口基层医疗机构数低于全国；每千城市人口社区卫生服务中心（站）各项卫生资源均 低于全国，每千农村人口乡镇卫生院执业（助理）医师数和注册护士数低于全国。结论：广西基层医疗卫生资源总量不断增长， 但每千人口医疗机构数仍低于全国；社区卫生服务中心（站）各项卫生资源增长较乡镇卫生院快，但每千城市人口社区卫生服 务中心（站）各项卫生资源拥有量低于全国；社区卫生服务中心（站）各项卫生服务供给的增幅均高于乡镇卫生院，乡镇卫生 院卫生服务供给总体呈递减趋势。
Abstract:
Objective: By analyzes the changing trend of primary medical and health resources and services in guangxi from 2015 to 2018, and provides reference and decision-making basis for promoting the construction of "healthy guangxi" under the background of "healthy China". Methods: Descriptive statistical analysis was made on the changing trends of the number of primary medical and health institutions, personnel, and health service supply in Guangxi from 2015 to 2018, and compared with the national development level in the same period. Results: From 2015 to 2018, the number of beds, health technicians, practicing (assistant) physicians and registered nurses in primary medical and health institutions in guangxi increased by 10.87%, 12.39%, 11.19% and 21.16%, respectively. The growth rate of various health resources in community health service centers (stations) is higher than that in township health centers. The number of primary medical institutions per thousand urban/rural population is lower than that of the whole country the number of health resources in community health service centers (stations) per thousand urban population is lower than the national average, and the number of licensed (assistant) physicians and registered nurses per thousand rural population in township health centers is lower than the national average. Conclusions: The total amount of primary medical and health resources in Guangxi is increasing, but the number of medical institutions per thousand population is still lower than that of the whole country. The health resources of community health service centers (stations) grow faster than those of township health centers, but the amount of health resources owned by community health service centers (stations) per thousand urban population is lower than that of the whole country. Community health service center (station) the increase in the supply of various health services are higher than the township health center, the township health center health service supply showed a decreasing trend.
