摘要:
食品安全问题事关国计民生，随着社会经济的飞速发展，中国食品安全的内涵也在不断变化，如何贯彻落实食品安全保障工作是中国决胜全面建成小康社会的重要内容之一。文章对食品安全内涵的历史演变进行了梳理，总结了中国保障食品安全的成功经验，提出了构建新时代中国食品安全保障体系的政策建议。
Abstract:
Food safety issues are related to national economy and people’s livelihood. With the rapid development of social economy,the connotation of China’s food safety is constantly changing. How to implement food safety guarantee work is one of the importantcontents of China’s decision to win a well-off society in an all-round way. This paper sorts out the historical evolution of the connotationof food safety, summaries the successful experience of China in ensuring food safety and puts forward the policy recommendations forbuilding a China’s food safety guarantee system in a new era.
