摘要:
在地方本科高校向应用型转型发展背景下，探索地方本科高校应用型人才培养的资源建设有重要意义。文章介绍了普通本科高校资源建设现状，分析了普通高校应用型人才培养资源建设存在的问题，探讨了强化应用型人才培养资源建设的措施：强化教师工程实践背景训练和应用能力培养；加强教学基础设施投入和建设；建立健全专业动态调整机制；提升校园信息化资源利用水平；完善创新创业教育资源。
Abstract:
Under the background of the transformation from local universities to application-oriented universities, it is of greatsignificance to explore the resource construction of application-oriented talents training in local universities. This paper introduces thecurrent situation of the construction of resources in colleges and universities, analyzes the problems existing in the construction ofapplication-oriented talents training resources in colleges and universities, and probes into the measures to strengthen the construction ofapplication-oriented talents training resources; strengthen the training of teachers’ engineering practice background and application ability;strengthen the investment and construction of teaching infrastructure; establish and improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism of major;improve the utilization level of campus information resources; improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education resources.
