摘要:
目的：观察穴位埋线治疗子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛的临床疗效。方法：选取子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛患者 32 例，根据月经不同时期给予穴位埋线治疗 3 个月经周期，观察第一个月经周期、第三个月经周期的疗效，及停止治疗 3 个月后的远期疗效。结果：总有效率达 84.38%。结论：穴位埋线能够有效地缓解子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛患者的疼痛症状，治疗用时少，刺激作用持续，值得临床进一步推广。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding on pelvic pain of endometriosis. Methods: 32patients with pelvic pain of endometriosis were selected. According to the different periods of menstruation, they were given acupointcatgut embedding therapy for 3 menstrual cycles. The curative effect of the first menstrual cycle and the third menstrual cycle wereobserved, and the long-term curative effect after 3 months of stopping the treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 84.38%.Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding can effectively relieve the symptoms of pelvic pain in patients with endometriosis, with lesstreatment time and sustained stimulation, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
