摘要:
如今随着国有企业年轻力量的不断注入，青年员工已成为国家建设、企业发展的主力军，新时代背景下，国有企业的团青工作也应有新思路、新起点、新发展。文章分析了新时代背景下国有企业共青团所面临的的挑战和存在的问题，并就国有企业在新时代背景下如何开展好团青工作、使团组织继续迸发新的活力提出了一些对策。
Abstract:
Nowadays, with the continuous infusion of young power in state-owned enterprises, young employees have become themain force of national construction and enterprise development. In the new era, the Youth League work in state-owned enterprises shouldalso have new ideas, new starting point and new development. This paper analyzes the challenges and problems faced by the CommunistYouth League of state-owned enterprises under the background of the new era, and puts forward some countermeasures on howstate-owned enterprises can carry out the work of the Youth League and make the league organization continue to develop new vitality.
