目的：通过了解某院医护人员在突发公共卫生事件中应急救援相关知识、态度、行为的现状，分析医护人员应急救援知识、态度和行为之间的相关关系，为制订干预措施提供依据。方法：采用自行设计的调查问卷，对某院 168 名医护人员进行突发公共卫生事件应急救援相关知识、态度、行为的调查和分析。结果：某院医护人员应急救援知识总体得分为 71.7±12.7，得分属于高、中、低水平的占比分别为 13.1%、69.6%、17.3%；应急救援态度总体得分为 12.5±1.58，得分属于高、中、低水平的占比分别为 25.6%、73.8%、0.6%；应急救援行为总体得分为 9.43±2.56，得分属于高、中、低水平的占比分别为 7.2%、58.3%、34.5%。医护人员的应急救援知识、态度和行为之间均显示显著的相关性，应急救援知识与态度之间的相关系数为 0.453，应急救援知识与行为之间的相关系数为 0.581，应急救援态度与行为之间的相关系数为 0.345。结论：某院医护人员关于突发公共卫生事件应急救援知识、态度和行为总体水平上处于中等水平，且应急救援知识、态度和行为三者正相关。
Abstract:
Objective: Through understanding the current situation of knowledge-attitude-behavior of emergency rescue in publichealth emergency of medical staff in a hospital, this paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge, attitude and behavior of medicalstaff, and provides basis for formulating intervention measures. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate andanalyze the knowledge-attitude-practice of 168 medical staff in a hospital. Results: The overall score of emergency rescue knowledge ofmedical staff in the hospital was 71.7 ±12.7, the proportion of high, middle and low level was 13.1%, 69.6%, 17.3%, respectively. Theoverall score of emergency rescue attitude was 12.5 ±1.58, the proportion of high, middle and low level was 25.6%, 73.8%, 0.6%,respectively. The overall score of emergency rescue practice was 9.43 ±2.56, and the proportion of high, middle and low level was 7.2%,58.3% and 34.5%, respectively. There was a significant correlation between emergency rescue knowledge, attitude and behavior. Thecorrelation coefficient between emergency rescue knowledge and attitude was 0.453, the correlation coefficient between emergency rescueknowledge and behavior was 0.581, and the correlation coefficient between emergency rescue attitude and behavior was 0.345. Conclusion:The knowledge-attitude-behavior of emergency rescue of medical staff in a hospital are in the middle level, and the emergency rescueknowledge, attitude and behavior are positively correlated.
