摘要:
随着广西老年人口的不断增长，老年护理人员的需求量越来越大，文章针对广西老年护理现状，文章从制度、教育、人才培养三方面展开讨论，分析其原因，为广西老年护理事业提供理论性对策和建议，解决广西老年护理目前存在的问题，提升广西老年护理水平，促进广西老年护理事业的发展。
Abstract:
With the continuous growth of the elderly population in Guangxi, the demands for elderly nurses is increasing. Based on thepresent situation of geriatric nursing in Guangxi, this paper analyzes the reasons and conduct a discussion from three aspects: system,education and personnel training, to provide theoretical countermeasures and suggestions for the progress of geriatric nursing in Guangxi,deal with the problems in geriatric nursing in Guangxi, improve the level of geriatric nursing in Guangxi and promote the development ofgeriatric nursing in Guangxi.
