摘要:
公立医院腐败风险环节较多，反腐形势严峻，如何抓早抓小，防患于未然，是亟待解决的问题。本文通过总结、分析广西中医药大学第一附属医院实践运用监督执纪“第一种形态”，着力解决党员干部职工思想认识上的困惑或工作、生活中出现的倾向性、苗头性问题，以及党性党风党纪方面的轻微违纪问题，切实防止小毛病演变成大问题，有效防范不正之风和腐败现象的滋生蔓延，营造风清气正的医疗、教育工作环境。
Abstract:
There are many corruption risk links in public hospitals, and the anti-corruption situation is grim, how to grasp the early andgrasp the small and prevent the early is an urgent problem to be solved. By summarizing and analyzing “the first form” of supervision anddiscipline enforcement in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this paper focuses onsolving the ideological confusion of Party members, cadres, and staff, the tendency and incipient problems in their work and life, as well asthe minor violations of Party discipline in Party conduct and Party discipline, and effectively prevent minor ailments from becoming majorproblems, effective prevent the growth and spread of unhealthy practices and corruption, create a clean and healthy medical and educationalwork environment.
