船舶运输和装卸粮食、煤炭、金属矿、化肥、硫磺等货物时,货舱往往长期处于封闭或通风不足的状态,在有限的空间内所载货物会发生理化反应,如物质的氧化、分解和其他外界气体的混入。经过长期运输后,密闭的船舱变成含有多种有毒有害气体且 O 2 浓度较低的环境,危害下舱工作人员的生命健康。文章采用泵吸式复合气体检测仪对载有不同货物的靠港船舶进行气体检测,分析研究了船舱内不同货物所产生有害气体的种类、产生的具体原因及其危害,并对有毒有害气体浓度超标的船舶通风时间做了深入研究。

when shipping and loading and unloading the goods such as grain, coal, metals, chemical fertilizer, sulfur, cabin often in astate of closed or insufficient ventilation for a long time. Physical and chemical reactions occur when the goods are carried in limited space,such as the oxidation of substances, decomposition and the mixing of other extarnal gases. After a long period of transportation, the closedcabin becomes an environment with a variety of toxic and harmful gases and low O 2 concentration, which endangers the life and health ofthe workers in the lower cabin. In this paper, we use the pump suction composite gas detector to detect the gas of ships with different cargo.The types, causes and hazards of harmful gases produced by different cargo in the cabin were analyzed and studied, and make a deepresearch on the ventilation time of the ships with the concentration exceeding the standard.
