摘要:
党的性质和特点决定了党组织最根本的功能是政治功能。政治功能的实现是基层党组织作为政党组织的本质要 求，也是抓好基层党建工作的必然要求。文章以广西部分高校院（系）级党组织为研究对象，对高校院（系）级党组织的政治功能蕴意、存在问题及增强高校院（系）级党组织政治功能对策作出了研究，以期为提升高校院（系）级党组织政治功能提供 理论和实践参考。
Abstract:
The nature and characteristics of the party determine that the most fundamental function of the party organization is the political function. The realization of the political function is the essential requirement of the primary party organization as a political party organization, and is also the inevitable requirement of the primary party construction. This paper takes the party organizations of some colleges and universities (departments) in guangxi as the object of study, and studies the political function implication and existing problems of the party organizations of colleges and universities (departments) as well as the countermeasures to enhance the political function of the party organizations of colleges and universities (departments), so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the promotion of the political function of the party organizations of colleges and universities (departments).
