摘要:
高校教师是学校的组成部分，高校教师职业道德修养不仅涉及自身发展，更影响青年一代道德观及人生观的树 立，对学生未来发展起着至关重要的作用。文章阐述了提升高校教师职业道德修养的意义和方法，为培育出高品德、高水平的 师资团队提供一些思路和参考。
Abstract:
College teachers are an int egral part of a school. The professional ethics of college teachers not only involves their own development, but also affects the moral view and life outlook of the young generation, and plays a vital role in the future development of students. This paper expounds the significance and methods of improving the professional ethics of teachers in colleges and universities, and provides some ideas and references for cultivating a team of teachers with high moral character and high level.
