摘要:
由多种病因长期或反复作用形成的弥漫性肝损害，称为肝硬化。对于该病的防治来说，现代医学的发展尚未足够成熟。中医的“治未病”思想具有无法比拟的优越性，“见肝之病，知肝传脾，当先实脾”，可见运用健脾法治疗该病是“治 未病”思想的最好体现，笔者系统回顾了健脾法在近几年治疗肝硬化的国内外文献，综述健脾法在该病中的应用。
Abstract:
Diffuse liver damage resulting from prolonged or repeated action by a variety of etiologies is called cirrhosis. For prevention and treatment of the disease, the development of modern medicine is not mature enough. The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine "cure not ill" thought has the incomparable superiority, "see liver disease, liver and spleen, ohlendorfspleen", indicating treatment of the disease by applying the method of invigorating spleen is the best embodiment of "cure not ill" thought, the author systematic review the spleen method in the treatment of cirrhosis of the liver’s literature at home and abroad in recent years, summarized the spleen method in the application of the disease.
