探讨 RPH 加内痔芍倍注射加外痔切除缝合术与传统混合痔外剥内扎术的疗效对比观察。实验方法：选取笔者所在广西中医药大学第一附属医院肛肠科在 2018 年 10 月到 2019 年 7 月住院的 100 例混合痔患者作为研究对象，按照随机分配原 则，将 100 例患者分为实验组 50 例与对照组 50 例。其中实验组采取 RPH 加内痔芍倍注射加外痔切除缝合术治疗，对照组采取传统经典术式混合痔外剥内扎术进行治疗，对比观察两组手术时间、住院时间、术中及术后出血、术后疼痛、术后肛缘水肿、 术后总体疗效等方面进行对比。结果显示：实验组在手术时间、住院时间、术中及术后出血、术后疼痛、术后肛缘水肿等方面均优于对照组（P＜0.05），术后二组总疗效率均为 100%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：RPH 加内痔芍倍注射加外痔切 除缝合术与混合痔外剥内扎术总体疗效相同，但前者能够缩短手术时间及住院时间，减少术中出血，减轻术后并发症，值得在 临床上推广运用。
Abstract:
Objective: To compare the efficacy of RPH plus internal hemorrhoids and multiple injection plus external hemorrhoidectomy and suture with traditional external stripping and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids. Experimental methods: 100 cases of mixed hemorrhoids patients admitted to the anorectal department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to July 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the principle of random allocation, 100 cases were divided into 50 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group. Among them, the experimental group was treated by RPH plus internal hemorrhoids and peony injection plus external hemorrhoidectomy and suture, while the control group was treated by traditional classical external hemorrhoidectomy and internal ligation. The operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, postoperative anal edge edema, and overall postoperative efficacy of the two groups were compared. The results showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of operation time, hospital stay, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, postoperative pain, postoperative anal edge edema and other aspects (P＜0.05), and the total curative effect rate of the two groups was 100%, with no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05). Conclusion: the RPH combining hemorrhoids Que with multi-injection and external hemorrhoid excision decompression and mixed hemorrhoid external strip internal plunge in general curative effect is the same, but the former can shorten the operation time and hospital stays, reduce intraoperative bleeding, reduce the postoperative complications, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
