摘要:
月经不调是临床上常见的一种女性生殖系统疾病，以月经周期异常为主症的月经病，临床有月经先期、月经后 期、月经先后无定期几种情况。月经周期缩短，经行提前 7 天以上，甚至 10 余日一行者，称月经先期。月经周期延长，经行错 后 7 天以上，甚至 3～5 个月一行者，称月经后期。月经周期延长或缩短，即经行或提前或错后 7 天以上，先后不定者，称月经 先后无定期。该病属于中医学“月经不调”范畴。在现代中医临床中,常以针刺进行治疗,并通过使用针刺和针药结合等取得显著疗效的病例。笔者就近年文献中对针刺、针药结合治疗月经不调的论述进行整理总结,为临床提供参考。
Abstract:
Irregular menstruation is a common disease of female reproductive system in clinical practice, with abnormal menstrual cycle as the main disease of menstruation, clinical menstruation early period, late period, menstruation has no regular several cases. Menstrual cycle shortened, the line ahead of 7 days or more, or even more than 10 days a line, said menstruation. Menstrual cycle is prolonged, after the wrong 7 days or more, even 3 ~ 5 months a line, said the late menstrual period. Menstruation cycle is lengthened or shorten, namely classics line or advance or 7 days above after wrong, early or late indefinite person, say menstruation early or late without regular. This disease belongs to Chinese medicine "menstruation does not move" category. In the clinical practice of modern Chinese medicine, acupuncture is often used for treatment, and through the use of acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and medicine to achieve significant efficacy. In order to provide a reference for clinical practice, the author summarizes the discussion on the treatment of irregular menstruation by acupuncture and acupuncture combined with medicine in recent years.
