文章以浙江嘉善县为研究对象，借鉴柯克帕特里克（Kirkpatrick）培训效果评价模型，设计新型职业农民培育绩 效评价量表，从农户特征因素、政策因素和培育过程因素等三方面调查分析了新型职业农民培育绩效的影响因素。结果显示， （1）在个体特征因素中，参与培育意愿对新型职业农民培育绩效具有显著的正向影响。（2）在政策因素中，培育政策支持力度对新型职业农民培育绩效具有显著的正向影响。（3）在培育过程因素中，培训内容与实际需求符合度和奖惩制度合理性对新型 职业农民培育绩效具有显著的正向影响。
Abstract:
Taking Jiashan County in Zhejiang Province as the research object, a new type of performance evaluation scale for professional farmers cultivation were designed based on Kirkpatrick’s training effect evaluation model. The influencing factors of cultivation performance of new-type professional farmers were investigated and analyzed from three aspects: farmers’ characteristics, policies and cultivation process.The results show that: (1) Among the individual characteristics, the willingness to participate in cultivation has a significant positive impact on the cultivation performance of new professional farmers. (2) Among the policy factors, the cultivation policy support intensity has a significant positive impact on the new professional farmers cultivation performance. (3) Among the factors in the cultivation process, the conformity of training content with actual needs and the rationality of reward and punishment system have significant positive effects on the cultivation performance of new professional farmers.
