目的:探讨微课在呼吸内科护理临床教学中的应用。方法:取广西医科大学第一附属医院呼吸内科一病区的 2016至 2017 学年护理专业本科 67 名实习学生为观察组,2015 至 2016 学年护理专业本科 41 名实习学生为对照组,观察组结合微课教学法,在实习结束后采用理论考核以及操作考核、自主学习能力评分评价教学效果,对照组实行传统教学方法并进行回顾性分析。结果:观察组理论成绩和操作成绩较对照组均有所提高,其中理论成绩两年度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),操作成绩两年度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组出科后自主学习能力较入科前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课应用于呼吸内科临床护理教学有利于提高教学效果。
Abstract:
Objectives: To explore the application of micro-courses in nursing clinical teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods:Undergraduate nursing interns of respiratory medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were divided into twogroups. The observation group was 67 students of academic year 2016 and 2017, and the control group was 41 students of academic year2015 and 2016. The observation group was combined with the micro-course teaching method. After the end of the practice, the teachingeffect was evaluated by theoretical assessment, operation assessment and self-learning ability score. The control group was carried outtraditional teaching method and retrospectively analyzed. Results: Comparing to the control group, the theoretical scores and theoperational scores of the observation group were improved. There was no significant difference in the theoretical scores in two years (P>0.05). The difference of operating scores in two years was significant (P<0.05). Self-learning ability of the observation group wasimproved than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: The application of micro-courses isconducive to improving the nursing clinical teaching effect of respiratory medicine.
