摘要:
随着目前医学的快速发展，烧伤创面的治疗技术也取得了快速发展与进步。文章基于相关文献，对比了中西医治疗烧伤的临床疗效与不足，总结了中药外治治疗烧伤的研究成果，分析了目前治疗烧伤创面的中药制剂，虽然目前中医疗法具有操作简便，可行性强，且费用低廉，药效颇佳的优点，但也存在具体有效机制尚不明确、缺乏系统规范的制作流程等问题，以期为中医外治法在临床治疗烧伤的研究应用提供参考。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of medicine, the treatment technology of burn wounds has also made rapid development andprogress. Based on the relevant literatures, the clinical efficacy and shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and westernmedicine in treating burns were compared, the research results of external treatment of burns were summarized, and the advantages of TCMin treating burn wounds, such as simple operation, strong feasibility, low cost and good efficacy were analyzed, some problems such asunclear and lack of systematic and standardized production process were discussed, so as to provide references for the research andapplication of TCM external treatment in clinical treatment of burns, but the concrete and effective mechanism is still unclear, and a lack ofsystematic and standardized production process..
