摘要:
目的：探讨尿毒清颗粒对慢性肾脏病 3~4 期患者微炎症状态的影响。方法：收集 CKD3~4 期患者 81 例随机分为对照组 38 例和治疗组 43 例，治疗组在对照组一般基础治疗上加用尿毒清颗粒，观察两组治疗前后 GFR、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、Hb、ALB 的改变。结果：治疗组治疗后 CRP、IL-6、TNF-α 因子较治疗前明显下降（P＜0.01），治疗组与对照组治疗后比较 IL-6、TNF-α 因子均有明显降低（P＜0.01）。两组治疗后 GFR、Hb、Alb、均明显增加（P＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较 GFR、Hb、Alb 均有明显增加（P＜0.05）。结论：尿毒清颗粒可减轻慢性肾脏病 3~4 期患者微炎症反应，改善营养不良和贫血状态，改善肾功能。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of Niaoduqing Granule on microinflammation in patients with stage 3-4 chronic kidneydisease (CKD).Methods: 81 cases of patients with stage 3-4 CKD were randomly divided into two groups, 38 cases in the control group and43 cases in the treatment group. The control group was given basic treatment, and the treatment group was added with Niaoduqing Granule.The changes of GFR, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, Hb and ALB before and after treatment were observed. Results: CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α weresignificantly decreased in the treatment group compared with that before treatment (P＜0.01), and IL-6 and TNF-α were significantlydecreased in the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment (P＜0.01). After treatment, Hb, Alb and GFR weresignificantly increased in both groups (P＜0.05). After treatment, GFR, Hb and Alb were significantly increased in the treatment group andthe control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Niaoduqing Granule can reduce the microinflammatory reaction, improve malnutrition andanemia, and improve renal function in patients with stage 3-4 CKD.
