摘要:
住院医师规范化培训是对刚毕业的医学生进行继续教育的强有力措施，是医学教育的重要组成部分。但在我国对于该培训的相关政策和制度均尚未完备。而专业型硕士进行住院医师规范化培训是培养医学专业型人才的重要举措。文章对广西专业型硕士在住院医师规范化培训期间的现状、问题及相关对策进行探讨研究，为提升医师规范化培训的效果提供参考。
Abstract:
Standardized resident training is a powerful measure for continuing education of newly graduated medical students and an
important part of medical education. However, the relevant policies and systems for the training in China are still not perfect. Standardized
resident training for medical postgraduates is an important measure to train medical professional talents. This paper explores and studies the
current situation, problems and relevant countermeasures of medical postgraduates in resident standardization training in Guangxi, so as to
provide reference for improving the effect of standardized training of physicians.
