摘要:
目的：研究灵龟八法治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果。方法：将符合纳入及诊断标准的 90 例患者作为试验研究对象，并按随机数字表分成治疗组与对照组，对照组辩证后常规针刺，治疗组在常规针刺之前运用灵龟八法开穴，以 Fugl-Meyer评定量表和 Ashworth 痉挛量表为参考标准，对比治疗前后两组的量表数值及总有效率。结果：治疗组疗效的总有效率为 93.33%，明显优于对照组（77.78%），组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前后 Fugl-Meyer 量表的数值结果分析显示治疗组疗效显著优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：灵龟八法对中风后痉挛性偏瘫的治疗具有显著疗效，且优于常规针刺，并可改善患者痉挛状态，缓解肌张力。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method on treatment of spastichemiplegia after stroke. Methods: 90 patients with stroke who met the inclusion and diagnostic criteria were enrolled in this study. Theywere divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table. The control group received routineacupuncture treatment after syndrome differentiation. The treatment group received routine acupuncture treatment after opening pointsbased on Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method. The Fugl-Meyer rating scale and the Ashworth spasticity scale were used as referencestandards to compare the scale values and total effective rates of the treatment and the control groups before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group, which was significantly better than that of in the control group (77.78%). Thedifference between treatment and control groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, numerical results of theFugl-Meyer scale demonstrated that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The Miraculous Turtle Eight Meridians Method displays a significant effect on the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after strokewhich is superior to routine acupuncture treatment, as well as improving the spasticity and reducing muscular tension in patients withstroke.
