摘要:
企业发展离不开采购管理。提高企业的采购管理工作水平对于促进企业生产成本控制水平上升和实现企业成本精细化管理具有重要意义。文章论述了采购管理水平对企业效益的影响，指出了目前采购工作中存在的问题，并介绍了提升采购管理水平措施，为实现企业降本增效提供参考。
Abstract:
Purchasing management is indispensable to the development of enterprises. Improving the level of purchasing managementis of great significance for promoting the level of production cost control and realizing the fine management of enterprise cost. This paperexpounds the influence of purchasing management level on enterprise revenue, points out the existing problems in purchasing work, andintroduces the measures to improve purchasing management level, which can provide reference for realizing cost reduction and efficiencyenhancement in enterprises.
