摘要:
目的:探讨 PDCA 循环联合 PBL 教学法在医学检验临床实习中的教学效果。方法:选取广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院 2015 级医学检验专业的本科实习生 60 人,随机分为 PDCA 循环联合 PBL 教学组和传统教学对照组,每组各 30 人,比较两组实习生的理论知识和临床实践操作技能考核成绩及综合能力。结果:联合组的理论知识和临床实践操作技能考核成绩及综合能力均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:PDCA 循环联合 PBL 教学法应用在医学检验的临床实习教学中,能提升教学质量,也能提高实习生的理论知识、临床实践操作技能及综合能力,值得借鉴。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the teaching effect of PDCA cycle combined with PBL teaching method in clinical practice ofmedical examination. Methods: In this study, 60 undergraduate interns from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of ChineseMedicine were randomly divided into two groups: PDCA cycle combined with PBL teaching group and traditional teaching control group,with 30 students in each group. The theoretical knowledge and clinical practice skills of the two groups of interns were compared, and theircomprehensive abilities were compared. Result: The theoretical knowledge, clinical practice skills and comprehensive ability of thecombined group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: The application of PDCA cycle combined with PBLteaching method in the clinical practice teaching of medical examination can improve the teaching quality, improve the theoreticalknowledge, clinical practical skills and comprehensive ability of medical student. It is worth drawing lessons from.
