摘要:
教师在社会中扮演着多种角色。文章从传统教师的角色解析出发，阐述了新时代社会对于教师角色多元的要求，论述了教师在自我、学校、社会等层面角色的特殊性，为教师正确认识自身角色、及时调整，适应新时代对教师职业角色提出的新要求提供参考。
Abstract:
Teachers play many roles in society. Starting from the analysis of traditional teachers’ roles, this paper expounds thediversified requirements of teachers’ roles in the new era society, and expounds the particularity of teachers’ roles at the levels of teachersthemselves, school and society. It provides a reference for teachers to correctly understand their roles, adjust them in time and adapt to thenew requirements for the professional roles of teachers in the new era.
