摘要:
在氧化铝的溶出生产过程中,闪蒸系统二次蒸汽带料异象不仅会增加生产碱耗,而且容易造成环境污染事件。目前,闪蒸系统二次蒸汽带料是氧化铝生产中亟待解决的难题。文章从闪蒸原理出发进行带料原因分析,并针对生产实际不同的闪蒸带料现象,提出具体的控制带料的调整方法,实现有效防治闪蒸带料现象,对强化氧化铝生产、节能减排、提高氧化铝生产企业经济效益具有重要的指导意义。
Abstract:
In the process of alumina dissolution production, the anomaly of secondary steam with material in flash evaporation systemwill not only increase alkali consumption, but also cause environmental pollution incidents. At present, it is a difficult problem to be solvedin alumina production. Based on the principle of flash, the causes of secondary steam with material was analyzed, and specific adjustingmethods for controlling flash stripping were put forward according to different phenomena of steam with material in actual production, soas to effectively prevent and control the problem, which has important guiding significance for strengthening alumina production, energysaving and emission reduction, and improving economic benefits of alumina production enterprises.
