摘要:
目的：探讨初级创伤救治（PTC）培训模式在提升护士应对上消化道出血救治能力中的应用效果。方法：以某县人民医院的外科护士作为研究对象，采用 PTC 培训模式对护士进行培训，比较培训前后护理理论的考核成绩、急救护理技能操作的合格率。结果：接受培训后，护士理论考试成绩和患者体位摆放、采血标本、吸氧操作、心电监护及留置静脉针的合格率均高于培训前（P＜0.05）。结论：PTC 培训模式在提升护士应对上消化道出血救治能力中的应用效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effects of primary trauma care (PTC) training mode in improving the ability of nursesto deal with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: Surgical nurses were selected in a county people’s hospital，and were carried trainingaccording PTC training mode. The results of theoretical assessment and nursing skill assessment were compared before and after thetraining. Results: After the PTC training, the results of theoretical assessment, the qualified rate of position placement of patients, bloodsample collection, oxygen inhalation, ECG monitoring and indwelling intravenous needle were significantly higher than those before thetraining (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of PTC training model in improving the ability of nurses to deal with upper gastrointestinalbleeding has significant effect.
