摘要:
在高校教学中,教研室是一个极其重要的组织环节。教研室需要担负完成学校和学院下达的各项教学和科研任务,同时又要根据师资情况和学生情况进行有效组织,并考虑如何提升教学效果,升级教学质量。近些年随着高等教育的扩招,以及专业学科的设立与深度发展,出现了不少新的情况,也暴露了一些问题,文章针对这些现象和问题,进行了一些分析和思考,并提出了一些建议和规范措施。
Abstract:
In college teaching, teaching and research department is an extremely important organizational link. Teaching andresearch departments need to undertake the tasks of teaching and scientific research assigned by schools and colleges. At the same time,they need to organize effectively according to the situation of teachers and students, and consider how to improve teaching effect andteaching quality. In recent years, with the expansion of higher education, as well as the establishment and deep development ofprofessional disciplines, many new situations have emerged and some problems have been exposed. In view of these phenomena andproblems, some analysis and reflection have been made, and some suggestions and normative measures have been put forward.
