目的：观察雷火灸法治疗早期老年痴呆的临床疗效。方法：将 50 例符合纳入标准的早期老年痴呆患者采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗；观察组在对照组基础上加用雷火灸法治疗，观察两组的临床疗效，两组治疗前后 MMSE、ADL、GDS 量表评分。结果：治疗前，观察组与对照组 MMSE、ADL 及 GDS 得分差异无统计学意义；治疗 12 周后，观察组及对照组总有效率分别为 92%、60%，两组差异对比具有统计学意义（Z＝?2.051，P＝0.040）；两组患者MMSE、ADL量表评分均较治疗前升高，GDS量表评分均较治疗前下降，差异均有统计学意义；观察组与对照组MMSE、ADL 以及 GDS 评分差异对比均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：雷火灸作为临床护理干预措施，配合常规疗法治疗早期老年痴呆症，切实有效，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of early senile dementia. Methods: 50patients with early senile dementia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control groupby random number table method. The control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets. The observation group was treatedwith thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. MMSE, ADL andGDS scales were scored before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant differences inMMSE, ADL and GDS scores between the observation group and the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rates ofthe observation group and the control group were 92% and 60%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant (Z＝-2.051, P＝0.040). MMSE and ADL scale scores of patients in both groups were higher than before treatment, while GDSscale scores were lower than before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant. The differences in MMSE, ADL and GDSscores between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: As a clinical nursingintervention measure, thunder fire moxibustion combined with conventional therapy for the treatment of early senile dementia is effectiveand worthy of clinical application.
