文章分析了“互联网＋”背景下中职院校德育队伍建设工作面临的机遇和挑战，结合广西的中职院校德育队伍建设中面临的西部地区共同存在的普遍性难题及少数民族地区特有问题的现实困境，提出搭建德育队伍建设信息平台、加强德育工作队伍人员信息化培训、建设多元化的德育团队等路径和对策，以期为同类地区提供借鉴。
Abstract:
This article analyzes the opportunities and challenges which the construction of moral education team in vocational schools is facing under the background of “Internet+”. Combining with the general problem existing in the western regions and the realistic difficulties of the specific problems in minority areas, which the construction of moral education teams of the vocational schools in Guangxi is facing, it puts forward some paths and countermeasures, such as setting up an information platform for moral education team building, strengthening the information training of moral education team personnel, and building a diversified moral education team, to provide reference for similar areas to solve similar problems..
