摘要:
我国乳制品消费市场广阔，但乳制品企业面临海内外市场竞争、产业链整合、销售渠道下沉等多项风险挑战。文章结合风险管理理论，对乳制品企业日常经营中常见风险进行分析，结合贝因美公司实际，探讨乳制品企业风险控制措施，以期为乳制品企业的风险控制提供借鉴，从而推动我国乳制品行业健康发展。
Abstract:
China’s dairy consumption market is vast, but dairy enterprises are facing many risk challenges, such as domestic and foreign market competition, industrial chain integration, sales channels sinking and so on. Based on the theory of risk management, this paper analyzed the common risks in daily operation of dairy enterprises, and discussed the risk control measures of dairy enterprises in combination with the actual situation of Beingmate Company, in order to provide the reference for risk control of dairy enterprises and promote the healthy development of dairy industry in China.
