摘要:
文章分析了近年来城市住区在开发过程中前期定位策略与规划设计相关的制约因素，便于开发商和设计工作者把握好相关变量分析，给予设计准确定位，设计出融合商业性、建筑功能性和艺术性的住宅产品。
Abstract:
This paper analyses the restrictive factors related to planning and design in the early stage of urban residential development in recent years, so as to facilitate developers and designers to grasp the relevant variable analysis, give accurate positioning of design, and design residential products that integrate commerciality, architectural functionality and artistry.
