摘要:
结合广西壮族自治区人民医院离退休党总支部实际情况，文章分析了离退休党支部建设面临的困难，提出通过转变思想观念，创新工作举措，提升支部党建活力的建议，并建议建设创新型、服务型支部，为医院发展奠定了良好基础。
Abstract:
Combining with the actual situation of the retired party department in People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, this paper analyzes the difficulties of the party construction in the retired party branch, propose to change ideas and innovate work method to enhance the party construction of the party branch vitality, and suggests building the party branch with the characteristics of innovation and service to establish a good foundation for hospital development.
