摘要:
固体废物污染防治是生态环境保护工作的重要领域，随着国内经济的快速发展，工业固体废物，尤其是危险废物的产生量大幅增加，也对监管机构提出更高要求。文章结合全国及西部地区情况，分析了广西固体废物管理机构现状，归纳机构能力建设及体制机制存在问题，提出相应的对策及建议。
Abstract:
Solid waste pollution prevention is the important field of ecology and environment. With the rapid economic growth in China, the output of solid wastes, especially hazardous wastes from industry has increased dramatically, which put forwards a higher requirement for the solid waste management. Based on the situation of the whole country and the western region, this paper analyzes the current situation of solid waste management institutions in Guangxi, summarizes the existing problems of institutional capacity building and system and mechanism, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
