摘要:
教师素质直接影响着教学质量的提高。而如今网络信息高度发达的大环境对高校英语教师的素质提出了更高的要求、使教师面临更大的挑战。文章探讨了教师素质的核心要素、信息时代高校英语教师面临的挑战以及在信息时代如何提高英语教师素质。
Abstract:
The quality of teachers directly affects the improvement of teaching quality. Nowadays, the environment with highly developed network information has put forward higher requirements for the quality of college English teachers, making teachers face greater challenges. This paper discusses the core elements of teacher’s quality, the challenges which college English teachers have to face and how to improve their quality in information age.
