摘要:
为比较测定土壤总汞总砷不同前处理方法的处理效果,文章分别用水浴法,微波法和电热板法对土壤样品进行前处理,并在相同的测定条件下,对比三种方法处理的土壤样品的总汞和总砷数据,分析三种前处理方法的优缺点,为今后土壤中重金属的分析测试工作提供了参考。
Abstract:
To compare the effect of different pretreatment methods that were used in the pretreatment of the samples in the determination of total mercury and total arsenic in soil, the soil samples were respectively pretreated by water bath method, microwave method and electric heating plate method. The total mercury and total arsenic of the soil samples were measured on the same determination conditions. The advantages and disadvantages of the three pretreatment methods were compared by analyzing the measurement data of total mercury and total arsenic of the soil samples. It provides the reference for the test analysis of heavy metals in soil in the future work.
