摘要:
医院管理逐步走向信息化是医院实现精细化管理的必要途径，也是医院核心竞争力的综合体现。在这个互联网快速发展的时代，医院信息化已是大势所趋。文章概况总结了医院信息化建设中存在的一些常见问题，如领导不重视、科室定位不明确、整体规划和行业标准缺失、专业人员匮乏等。并提出通过整体规划，统一标准，有意识地培养信息化人才，不断提高信息化安全水平，做好系统之间的信息共享等方式来解决这些问题，从而实现医院的高效和标准化管理。
Abstract:
The gradual development of information technology in hospital management is a necessary way for hospitals to achieve meticulous management, and is also a comprehensive embodiment of the core competitiveness of hospitals. In the era of rapid development of Internet, hospital informatization is the trend of the times. This paper summarizes some common problems in the construction of hospital information, such as the lack of leadership, the unclear location of the Department, the lack of the overall planning and industry standards, and the deficiency of professional personnel. It also proposes to solve these problems through the overall planning, unifying the standards, training the information personnel consciously, improving information security continuously and realizing information sharing between the systems, so as to achieve the efficient and standardized management of the hospital.
