摘要:
广西科技大数据平台按照资源开放共享和智慧决策支撑的整体设计思路，集聚项目、成果、技术、专家、人才、专利等科技资源，建设“供、需、管”三方科技创新的生态环境，整合各项科技管理系统，梳理各类科技资源，建设统一门户系统、统一用户及认证系统、统一信息资源管理系统，最终建成面向科技管理者、参与创新创业的科研机构、企业和个人的全方位、一站式的大数据云平台，实现科技资源、科技数据、科技服务、科技管理的互联互通和开放共享。
Abstract:
Based on the overall design ideas of the open sharing of resources and the support of intelligent decision, Guangxi science and technology data platform gathers scientific and technological resources such as projects, achievements, technologies, experts, talents and patents, builds the ecological environment of the three parties "supply, demand and management" , integrates various scientific and technological management systems and combines all kinds of scientific and technological capital, builds a unified portal system, a unified user and authentication system and a unified information resource management system to build a full and one-stop large data cloud platform for scientific and technological managers, scientific research institutions, enterprises and individuals involved in innovation and entrepreneurship, to realize the interconnection, intercommunication and open sharing of scientific and technological resources, science and technology data, scientific and technological services and management of science and technology.
