摘要:
目的：加强对甲状腺功能亢进导致急性肝衰竭的认识，并熟知其发病特点、诊断、治疗方案及预后情况等。方法：通过采集1 例甲状腺功能亢进致急性肝衰竭的病例资料，并查阅相关书籍、文献资料进行分析。结果：该病例在临床上较为少见，发病机制尚不完全，考虑与肝脏代谢、合成等相关性较大。结论：该病临床表现较为复杂，应做到“三早”，即早发现、早诊断、早治疗；中西医诊治方案治疗急性肝衰竭具有较好的疗效，可推荐使用；对该病的研究机制值得进一步探索。
Abstract:
Objective: To improve the understanding of acute severe hepatitis caused by hyperthyroidism，and understand its characteristics, prognosis and treatment plans. Methods: We analyzed 1 case of acute hepatic failure induced by hyperthyroidism and related literatures. Results: There were a few of cases in clinic about acute liver failure caused by hyperthyroidism. It was not complete about pathogenesis. Most of people agreed that it was more related to liver metabolism and synthesis. Conclusion: The clinical manifestations of this disease are more complicated, which should be found early, early diagnosis and early treatment. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can achieve good effect in the treatment of severe hepatitis, which is worth recommending. And its mechanism could be further explored for scientific application.
