摘要:
“最多跑一次”是指群众和企业到政府办理行政服务事务时,在申请材料齐全、符合法定受理条件时能够一次办结。文章的目标是通过用大数据和标准化助推“最多跑一次”,以提高服务意识和工作效率,通过梳理数据标准、优化办事流程、推行网上办理、强化“互联网+服务”大数据支撑,再通过对策措施和意见建议落实“最多跑一次”,经过实践探索建立基于大数据的网上综合平台能实现资源共融共通共享、服务师生。
Abstract:
“Just run for once” means that when individuals and enterprises go to the related authorities to handle administrativeservices which can be accomplished in just one trip, as long as the application materials are complete and meet the statutory requirement.The aim of this paper is to improve the service consciousness and work efficiency through the use of big data and standardization toboost “just run for once”, by the following practices for instance analyzing data, optimizing work processes, carrying out onlinemanagement, strengthening the application of big data support and improving “Internet+ service” , the scheme of “just run for once” canbe implemented so as to make use of shared resources and service teachers and students , which is based on the well-established andintegrated network platform applying the huge database of the Internet.
